1、施工人员4人带上安装测试工具(套筒一套、活动扳手、螺丝刀、液压钳、万用表等),到达机房施工现场。

2、检查确认套筒手柄、扳手柄绝缘良好。

3、把发电机输出线插到备用电的工业连接器上,启动发电机,先让发电机运行。

4、打开2只电池柜拍照备用,找到连接科士达UPS电源主机的输出线并确认好正负极。

5、确认发电机运行其稳定,在配电柜内转换开关输入端测得电压正常后,倒换开关到发电机侧,观察并确定ups主机运行正常,断开电池柜电池空开。

6、拆旧电池,电池架上电池从上到下一节节拆下,拆下一个螺丝就把连接线接头缠上电工胶带,做好绝缘(这步工作非常重要,不要偷懒),防止正负极碰到短路,而发生危险。

7、电池全部拆下,放置好,开始安装新电池。

8、按电池编号从1#开始,从电池架最下一层开始安装,位置方向和原来一样,接头螺丝必须拧紧,连接线整齐,弯度一致,电池之间要留有适当空隙,连接过程严防短路。

9、电池装完后,确认正负极正确,测量总电压为13*30=390Ⅴ,可以确认电池安装连接无误。

如何正确的对科士达UPS电源安装

1.设备抵达现场后确认所要安装的科士达UPS电源型号、电池的型号、数量,以便准备所要携带的工具及电源线、电池连接线。

2.准备好安装所需工具:这里需要冲击钻一台,膨胀丝数颗,以及电工用基本工具。

3.安装科士达UPS电源,安装位置为车间的南墙壁上。


4.安装电池连接线:

a、确定并固定好电池柜后,确定电池在电池柜中的正负极方向,然后安装电池。

b、连接电池连线,最后流出正负极接线,正极要接入到主机柜空气开关上。

c、查看电池柜里没有无关的东西后,盖好电池柜上盖并用螺丝拧紧。

d、在从电池柜将电池线连接到主机之前,要用万用表测量电池的电压,正负极出线有没有接反。

5.主机的安装接线:

a、连接UPS的输入、输出以及电池柜到主机之间的电池连线。

b、用万用表测量主机接线端子上的连接线;目的,检查是否有短路的现象。

c、断开主机上的市电输入、输出、电池的开关,分别合上配电柜的输入开关、以及柜上的电池开关;目的,测量电压是否有异常。

9.保存好随机附件(说明书,合格证),并做简单培训开关机、维护等。

有的UPS用瓦(W)或者千瓦(kw)来表示其输出功率,如500W、1kw等;有的UPS用伏安(VA)或者千伏安(kVA)来表示其输出功率大小,如3000VA、5kVA等。VA与W的一般换算关系为:瓦是伏安的0.8倍,如3kVA=2.4kw。UPS是线负载供电用的,每一种UPS都有特定的输出功率能力。如3kVA的UPS,其最大输出功率是3kVA或者2.4kw,此时就要求接到这台UPS上的设备的耗电功率总和不能超过2.4千瓦。通常设备都标明了耗电功率(或者额定功率),此时就应当使所有接到UPS上的设备的额定功率加起来不超过UPS的输出功率,这种方法通常就叫做UPS输出功率与负载耗电功率的匹配。但有些设备的启动功率是额定功率的3-5倍(例如打印机的额定功率为200W,则在计算负载匹配时要按5×200W=1000W进行折算)。除了打印机以外的其他计算机外部设备,通常启动功率略大于额定功率,故考虑匹配时最好按UPS输出功率的80%进行负载匹配。

标准的UPS未加外接电池前,在它的输出功率与负载耗电功率完全匹配(即全负载)的情况下,一般从市电中断时算起可供电约6-10分钟(具体数值每个型号的UPS说明书上都有记载)。如果以负载耗电功率只有UPS输出功率的一半计算(习惯叫半负载或者50%负载率,如1000W的UPS接入500W的负载),则可供电12-25分钟,不同负载量时的UPS供电时间大约可参照负载减半时间加倍的方式计算。使用注意事项正确使用UPS电源,不但可以减少UPS发生故障的机会,而且能够有效地延长其使用寿命。

平常使用科士达UPS电源应当注意以下几点:(ups电源使用注意事项

(1)使用科士达UPS电源时,应严格遵守厂家的产品说明书的有关规定,保证UPS所接市电的火线、零线顺序符合要求。

(2)配备科士达UPS电源的主要目的是防止由于突然停电而导致计算机丢失信息和破坏硬盘,但有些设备工作时是并不害怕突然停电的(如打印机等)。为了节省UPS的能源,打印机可以考虑不必经过科士达UPS电源而直接接入市电。如果是网络系统,可考虑UPS只供电给主机(或者服务器)及其有关部分。这样可保证UPS既能够用到最重要的设备上,又能节省投资。

(3)不要超负载使用科士达UPS电源科士达UPS电源的最大负载量应该是其标称负载量的80%(如1000w的UPS,按80%负载率即800W去匹配负载:1000VA的UPS按80%换算成800W之后再按80%负载率即640W去匹配负载)。如果超载使用,在逆变状态下,常造成逆变三极管的击穿。此外,在使用UPS时,严禁接诸如日光灯之类的感性负载,而只能接纯电用或较小的电容性负载。

(4)开关机时应当注意开关机的顺序:开机时先开科士达UPS电源,稍后(最好是滞后1-2分钟,让UPS充分进入工作状态)再开通负载的电源开关,而且负载的电源开关要一个一个地去开通:关机时顺序正好相反,先一个一个地关掉负载的电源开关,再关掉UPS。UPS要长期处于开机状态,而计算机等负载则每次要用才开机,用完后只要关掉计算机等负载的电源开关即可。

(5)不要频繁关闭和开启科士达UPS电源

一般要求在关闭科士达UPS电源后,至少要等待6秒钟后才能再开启UPS电源,否则,UPS电源可能处于“启动失败”的状态,即UPS电源处于既无市电输出又无逆变器输出的不正常状态。

(6)科士达UPS电源内电池内的电能有可能因某种原因而耗尽或者接近耗尽。为了补偿电池能量和提高电池寿命,科士达UPS电源要进行及时的、较长时间的连续充电(通常不少于48小时,可以带或者不带负载),以避免由于电池衰竭而引起故障。新购置或存放很久的UPS,在使用前,应先充电12小时。长期存放不用的科士达UPS电源,每隔3个月,充电12小时,若处于高温地区,每隔2个月充电一次。科士达UPS电源不充电就使用,会损坏蓄电池。
